Privacy
Privacy policy.
This is a starter policy that covers the actual data flows on this site. It will be reviewed by counsel before it is treated as final. Plain-English, not legal advice.
Effective date: UPDATE BEFORE PUBLISHING
PureLogic Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”) operates the website purelogicsolutions.co. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us through the contact form. Your name, email, company, and the message you write. We use it solely to respond to you and to evaluate whether we can help.
- Server logs. When you visit the site, our server records the request: the page you asked for, your approximate location (derived from IP), the browser you used, and the page that referred you. We use this for site reliability and abuse detection. Logs are retained for at most 90 days.
- No third-party advertising trackers, no Google Analytics, no Meta pixels. If we add a privacy-respecting analytics tool in the future, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
- To answer enquiries.
- To deliver work product to clients during an engagement.
- To send service-related email (e.g. “we have replied” notifications).
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you within 30 days.
- Ask us to delete it, and we will, except where we are required to retain it by law.
- Email privacy@purelogicsolutions.co for either request.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of strictly-functional cookies (e.g. for the WordPress admin if you log in). It does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
